Well she didn't.<br /><br />Later on she found out that the low salt diet was contra indicated for her family medical history and severly contributed to her mental illnesses and some of the physical ones. She spent 10 years of her life in more distress than necessary because of it.<br /><br />Sadly she isn't with us anymore as by the time she was made aware of the issue of a low salt diet her mental conditions had encouraged her to try suicide and wreck her body beyond repair. It reminds me that we need to be treating the person as a whole and not aim for the latest fad...Sad Britnoreply@blogger.com
