One would never dream of "...How times have changed. One would never dream of "grassing" on your neighbours not so long ago.<BR/>We know are actively encouraged, no required by law to grass. (I think of the anti money laundering law, which applies to accountants and other professionals for example) It seems to me that all these "grass" lines, not just those set up by The People's Republic of Croydon, are just away to save money.
