Many of these cases being reported are decades old.
Alleged victims have sob stories that the police took no action.
Well, that was what it was like in those days.
The police would rightly laugh at you if you tried to report that so-and-so put his hand on you or told an upsetting joke within your delicate earshot.
And another thing.......Women have been using their sexuality to get whatever they want since time began, and nowhere more than in Hollywood.
