PHE Is Utter Shite and Should Be Ignored

The latest ONS date-of-death update confirms why the daily PHE all settings series should be ignored till their investigation is finished.

ONS has 30 deaths for 14 Jul (later dates likely to be updated) whilst PHE has 68.
