I'm puzzled by this entry. There are several possible non-alcohol related causes for such behaviour - inner ear maladies, petit mal seizure, extreme hypoglycemia, a stroke, etc.
ReplyDeleteYou headline seems to imply that you see a rough justice in the woman suffering the consequences of her own decisions. I see a woman in need of immediate aid.
I'm not talking about addressing her alcoholism (if it exists), I'm talking about getting her out from under the train.
While I would never make aid mandatory (either the giving or receiving), I hope there was someone there who jumped in to help.
Civilization is a thin veneer. It doesn't hurt to dust and polish it now and then.
The video was in fact released and publicised by the police, as a warning about drinking.
