My thoughts and prayers are with the good people of Scotland, as their "leader" reimposes a policy that didn't rid the country of the virus last time and most certainly won't do it this time.
Repeating the same self harming action time and time again, in the hope that something will come along that will negate you having to repeat those actions, is not a strategy, it is an admission of failure!
