Nanny's Drink Driving Test

Nanny, quite rightly, is concerned about the number of cases of drink driving. She has warned us over the years about the dangers of driving, whilst under the influence; yet there is still a hard core of people who regularly take to the wheel, whilst under the influence.

Nanny is therefore trying a new preventive technique, in Scotland, to catch drink drivers before they take the wheel.

Should this prove successful, she will implement it throughout the rest of the country.

I don't know about you, but I think that she may be on to something here.
