Two stories both from Telegraph, both involving biscuits.

1)// School dinner lady warned offering a child a biscuit could be seen as 'grooming' //

Although the school (eventually) said they didn't consider it a 'child protection issue' - they had her up before three management/disciplinary meetings and it took 2 years and the intervention of the NI Ombudsman to get a 'sort of' resolution with 'confidentiality agreements' all round.

2)About "Bob the naked Builder" - who frequents a layby on the A31 near Guildford - seeking 'companionship'

// Earlier this year it was disclosed that police spent £124.93 on tea, coffee and biscuits for sexual adventurers at the site in an attempt to “build up trust” and encourage them to report “hate crimes”. //

That would appear to include telling the Police that someone has been 'propositioning' you.

So how come a dinner lady doing her job becomes a sexual predator, yet when our dearly loved police do the same thing it's building up trust??

Confidentiality agreements? What have they got to hide? And was it by 'agreement' or dictat?
