Further to my earlier article today about Tessa Jowell breaking her own Licencing Laws, by singing/performing in public without a licence, it seems from the comments received that Westminster City Council won't prosecute her because no one has complained.Those of you who feel that Tessa should be fined £20000 for breaking one of her own laws, may therefore wish to complain to Westminster Council.
