The fundamental problem is that people will still use such organisations, no matter how bossy, idiotic or PC the organisations behave. With some organisations, such as councils and the NHS etc, we have little choice but to use them however, we don't have to assist them in their control freakery ways, we can be a little difficult when dealing with them.
ReplyDeleteWith other organisations, like W H Smith and the big supermarkets, we do have a choice whether to use them or not and I for one, will not entertain using such so called businesses. I now have a very long list complete with reasons why I choose to boycot them.....It is only when you stop giving them money, that they will listen.
