Nanny Bans Mother and Father

 

Nanny's chums in Oxfam have decreed that "mother" and "father" are offensive words, and as such has banned them.

Oxfam has urged staff to avoid the terms “mother” and “father” and instead use “parent” following the publication of its Inclusive Language Guide.

Other banned words include "headquarters" (apparently it smacks of power).

Oxfam can stick its Newspeak guide up its arse!

Whither Oxfam?

Pound to a penny that Oxfam will cease to exist within the next year or, at the very least, have changed its name in an effort to rebrand itself and distance itself from its loss of ethics!

Oh, and here is what I wrote about Oxfam January 2017:

"Oh, and by the way, Oxfam has net assets of Euro391M as at March 2015. Oxfam should lead by example and disburse the liquid portion of those assets!"

People/charities/governments will be queuing to get their hands on all of that money!

Oxfam, instead of looking for pro active means to promote growth that helps bring people out of poverty, instead has decided to decry those individuals who themselves have contributed in bucket loads to charity.

The politics of envy is an easy card to play, but an unworthy one!

Oh, and by the way, Oxfam has net assets of Euro391M as at March 2015. Oxfam should lead by example and disburse the liquid portion of those assets!

Oh, one more thing, Oxfam's list excludes many very wealthy people eg George Soros!
