Yesterday Brighton Council decided that with or without the temporary roof, the garden is not covid compliant and forced us to close.

Commiserations to the good people of the Caxton Arms Brighton, who had been planning to open outside today.
Sadly, at the last minute, Brighton council's fussbuckets vetoed the idea because of some issues wrt "air flow" outside.
I understand that the brewery, Shepherd Neame, are taking issue with this nonsense!
