For reasons best know to herself the ironically named Amanda Blanc (CEO of Aviva) insists that she signs off on all new white male recruits (lest they actually get hired).
She seems to think that this is something to be proud of, even though this policy is both racist and sexist.
In reality companies that go down the woke route end up reversing the policies as they inevitably lead to higher costs and lost revenues.
