Welsh Nanny, in the shape of the ill fitting suit Drakeford, and London Nanny (Khan) are imposing 20mph speed limits in the respective fiefdoms.
They claim that this is for health and safety reasons (ie the usual bollocks).
The actual reason is that their beloved electric vehicles are heavier than petrol ones, as such they tear up the roads something chronic and add to smorgasbord of potholes that infest Britain's road network.
Coming soon they will be asking that a man with a red flag walks in front of cars!
