When I was a kid straws were used on special occasions. Like at children's birthday partys for instance.
ReplyDeleteI can honestly not remember a time when my family would have a packet of straws in the house.
To use them would have been seen as a waste of money.
Why can't children be taught how to hold a cup or glass correctly, and not to spill the contents all over themselves
Why not dispense with a straw entirely and drink from the lip of the cup? What is wrong with these people? Straws are for children.
