Unsurprising that Australian politics is in as much difficulty as nasty little anti-smoking dictators around the world.
ReplyDeleteResistance is futile...You will be assimilated.
ReplyDeleteThe cheapest country in the world to buy cigarettes is presently Kazakhstan where a packet of 20 will cost the equivalent of 1.43 Australian dollars.
ReplyDeleteEven at that price everyone makes a profit. The retailer, wholesalers, manufacturer, etc.
In Australia the same packet will cost you 40 Australian dollars, so one can assume that the government over there is benefiting to the tune of over 38 dollars from every packet of cigarettes purchased.
But they see themselves as only representing non-smokers.
If these bastards were ever to be in a position of running a business instead of squandering public funds, they would be skint within a month.
