This will give rise to the unedifying prospect of middle aged people, at some stage in the future, trying to prove that they are over 41 etc.
Aside from that nonsense, this leads us on the slippery slope to other items being banned (as we are here to serve the NHS, not the other way around) eg:
-booze
-red meat
-dairy
-fat
-salt
-sugar etc.
