What's the licence plate, and has Plod been notified? Honestly, these Audi-owners (who seem to be all ex-BMW owners judging by their dribbling incompetence behind the wheel) need to be hunted down!
ReplyDeleteIt amazed me just looking out of the window, just how many of these "letter box" drivers there were.
ReplyDeletePeople really are daft and if Nanny wanted to make herself some easy money, (kerching) she need only sit near the entrance of residential areas and she could nick loads of them, many I suspect carrying their precious little angels( poxy kids).
Although I would not shed a tear if plod nicked a few of them, I would not advocate grassing them up.
It would be upsetting if it were true, but there is no way that snow could remain on a car in such a way if travelling at the speed mentioned.
ReplyDeleteSilly propaganda from plod I reckon.
Update……..and thanks to Photoshop……………
ReplyDeleteI am sure that we have all driven in the snow before and we all know what happens if we clear the windscreen but fail to clear the bonnet before driving. Clumps of snow blow off the bonnet at quite low speed and hit the windscreen.
We have also all driven behind cars where the driver has not cleared the snow from his roof.
You can clearly see on the photo that the section of the windscreen that has been cleared is totally free from snow. This could not be the case if the car was in motion unless wipers have been used.
It is obvious that the wipers have not been used and it is therefore obvious that the car was not in motion when the photo was taken.
There is no trail of snow blowing off the car and no residual snow accumulating on the clear section of windscreen.
A fake, a good one, but a fake nonetheless.
'Fraid it ain't moving, unlike the driver swerving all over in Nottingham Monday. You'd have thought they were new at this ice thing but no: mobile phone in right hand, two fingers on top of wheel & eating a "Mr Kipling" frosted cake with left & licking said fingers.
