Nanny's Humongous Database - An Afterburp

Nanny's Humongous Database - An Afterburp
Re my earlier piece about Nanny's humongous database, I have just had an afterburp on the subject.

In order to avoid Nanny snooping on our electronic communications, all we have to do is revert to good old fashioned letters and start using a couple of tin cans joined together by string in order to communicate with each other.

That'll teach her!

Perhaps the whole idea of this proposal is to cut down on the anti government/Nanny postings on the web. Designed perhaps to make one think before being to out spoken against Nanny/Government/EUSSR etc.

For the first time in our history, people have free access to a media that goes around the world instantly. People can chat to thousands of people and exchange views. I suspect Nanny doesn't like this as it is difficult for her to control.

The more oppressive regimes, limit their citizen's access to the web so that they can only read or see approved information dictated by that state, a sort of modern Pravda or BBC.

I see there are cases going on within the EUSSR regarding controlling access to web content, I believe the main case is happening in Italy, it is said that many other governments within the EUSSR, including our own, are watching the case carefully with a view to putting restrictions on access should the case be "successful". I believe the justification for such a case, is given by the state as being in the interest of security/terrorism and the fight against porn.

Just because one may be described as paranoid, does not always mean they are not out to get you!!

    Tonk,
Scratch the surface of any of English nanny's laws and one will find that they are Frau Nanny EU created and enforced.

Ken, I hope you will forgive a naked (can I still say that in case children may be accessing this site plug for a political party, but I believe all hope to be lost with the mainstream 2 and 1/2 parties and urge everyone to vote UKIP to get us out of the EU.

Er .. No6: voting BNP will have the same effect.

The first legislative act of a BNP governement, enacted with the same speed as the 1911 Prevention of Terrorism Act, and on the first day, will be to leave the EU, and while that is happening, orders will be issued to return our armed forces from abroad and deploy them to defend our borders (EuroGendFor wont stand a chance when they deploy to remove the elected British government), with those parts not yet deployed abroad being immediately deployed. Our borders will include places like Heathrow etc. No vehicle will enter our country by air, land (tunnel) or sea without prior armed forces screening. That includes all passengers - illegal immigration will be brought to an immediate halt.

Second day, the British Empire will be re-established and on the third day the whole known universe will be conquered.

The EU stuff will really happen though. So there are two choices of vote for leaving the EU ... something I suspect will require less than gentlemanly tactics.

And, of course, there's the fledgling Libertarian Party.

    Sir Henry,

You are correct in stating that the BNP also wish to leave the EU. However, that is not the central plank of their manifesto. Anyone who wishes to learn more about of the BNP, or indeed the Libertarian party may visit their respective websites, and read their literature. If the party appeals to you, then vote for them.

I gather by the very tone of your post that you do not feel the BNP approach - re EU and illegal immigration - would work and as such I agree with you.

    Citizen:
Your letter has been opened and screened by the Ministry of Love for removal of thought crimes and non words such as 'freedom' and 'justice'.
You are required to present yourself at the Ministry at 0.100 hours for re-education

Is there any free, downloadable computer program that will automatically lard even the most boring, prosaic e-mails with suspicious words and phrases?

A few million "false positives" seeded with phrases like "Kill Brown!", "Syrian uranium" etc. should spoke Nanny's wheel nicely.

  7. I read that this was in fact a British Government initiative pressed upon a sceptical EU.

"I read that this was in fact a British Government initiative pressed upon a sceptical EU."

Sounds about right. But please don't use the term "British Government". This government are about as British as lesser Mongolian spotted fox bats. New Labour government or, preferably, National Socialist New Labour - an alien government occupying the country by force.

...or we could of course use PGP for the most inane things - GCHQ are supposedly able to open 128 bit encrypted files within 48 hours. Which means about 4 hours.

Most of their computing power will be taken up decrypting emails from me to my wife asking what's for tea.

  11. "Anonymous", re PGP.

I feel that it should be our duty all to get PGP, then spend an hour or two every day sending encrypted excerpts from the Riga phone book to all and sundry.

    Let's see them decrypt that!
