Nanny's Nasty Little Blame Game

The Blame Game
Whilst it is fair to say that I regard those in the world of banking who have screwed up royally and brought us to the edge of financial ruin as complete knobheads, I would caution against laying the blame full square at their door for this mess.

Nanny and Broon were terribly chummy with these guys during years of plenty, sucking up to them on every possible occasion.

Additionally, as I have noted on www.loanbuster.net on numerous occasions, Nanny herself set up the tripartite regulatory system that has proven to be worse than worthless. Nanny also ensured that every spare penny that we had was spent during years of plenty, instead of keeping a decent sum in reserve for emergencies.

The result?

Financial meltdown!

It is therefore disturbing, to say the least, to see that Broon, Harman et al from ZaNuLabour are happily whipping up public anger (aided and abetted by a compliant and idiotic media) against the bankers.

Bankers, according to Nanny are solely to blame for this mess.

They are not!

The result of this firestorm of negative spin is the attack on Sir Fred Goodwin's house the other evening, by a bunch of criminals claiming to be anarchists.

Nanny should be aware that the last political party that whipped up public anger against bankers, blaming them (Jewish bankers to be precise) for all of societies ills, did so in the 1930's in Germany.

Broon and Harman, in their desperation to play to the gallery and to deflect public criticism of Labour's role in this mess, are emulating the Nazis of 1930's Germany.

The result of their nasty little blame game will be something that they may not be able to control.

  1. Brown is engaging in a desperate damage limitation exercise along the lines of "It weren't me, Guv".

If "the Saviour of the World" ends up in a minority of one at the G20 summit, as he looks like doing, it will serve him jolly well right.

    Ken.

    I completely agree with you!!

The media are helping their masters to deflect the public's gaze away from the real issues namely, the complete financial mess created by this Labour government....Doesn't every Labour government always end this same way?

In my opinion, the bankers are just a mirror image of the government in terms of greed, lack of integrity, lack of honesty, lack of morality and pure incompetence.

Everyone that has ever had to balance their domestic budget understands that you cannot borrow your way out of debt...After all, it is borrowing that causeed that debt in the first place!!

The government needs to learn the meaning of value for money....If one goes into a shop and buys a Mars bar for fifty pence, one expects that, if one handed over a pound one could buy two....However, in Labour land, one Mars bar may well cost fifty pence but, if you hand over one pound, you only get one and a small piece.....This mirrors what has happened in all our public services....For the amount of extra money the government has put in, our public services should be great but they are not....Labour measures success by how much money they have thrown at a problem....They do not look at how that money has been spent or if it is value for money.

The state has got too big under Labour and needs rolling back; We have reached the stage where the tail is now wagging the dog.

Did you know that Nanny last year spent one billion pounds on advertising?....I for one get very annoyed by government messages every ad break threatening me if I don't pay my car tax, TV tax or income tax...I get fed up with being told to not smoke or drink....I am fed up with the emotional blackmail where Nanny uses kids to put her message over....

Sorry I am ranting...It just makes me so angry!!!!!

Indeed, watch the growth of home grown Nazis such as the BNP in the coming months.

    Anon:

I would suggest the BNP are socialists, just a different type of socialist from Labour....The BNP believe in national ownership of many of our institutions and industries, just as pre Blair Labour did and as many members of Neussr Labour still do.

Socialism and communism are always wrong, whether it is Labours version, The EUSSR's version, the old Soviet version, The Chinese version or indeed National Socialism as in the case of the BNP.
Socialism is all about the politics of envy; I don't have X so why should someone else have it...That is what most "socialists" think....Socialists always wish to bring everyone down, rather than raise people up. Socialism kills business, wealth(unless you are a government minister) ambition and self reliance.

Typical: it's what politicians do best!

I quite agree, although if Brown is the 'saviour of the world', heaven help us all!

I often wonder what the point of all these 'summits' are, apart from enabling a lot of very rich people to have a banquet and boosze-up at our expense?

Whilst I cannot condone the attack on Fred Goodwin's home, I must confess to having some sympathy for those who felt they had to react in this manner. However, as has been pointed out, the real villains (Brown and co) will, as usual, get away scot-free, protected as they are by armed police etc courtesy of the taxpayer.

    Tonk,

I have read their manifesto and agree they are National Socialists hence the correct abbreviated term for them as Nazis = socialism in its purest form I think, controlling all and exterminating those it disagrees with.

  8. If the attack on Goodwin's house is the first symptom of Harriet Harperson's "Court of Public Opinion", she should be well aware that once the bankers' windows have been smashed stringing up unpopular politicians from lamp posts will not be far behind.

Ms HH sometimes gives the impression that she fancies she is Madame Defarge sitting knitting at the foot of the guillotine as the heads roll. In fact, when the angry populace rumbles the full extent of this government's incompetencw and arrogance she seems more and more likely to be an early tumbril occupant.
