Well done to the young lady......It is good to see that not everyone in this country is infested by the no risk, 'Elf'n'Safety disease that is rife in so many of our town halls and public services. I wonder if one of our emergency services, if on the scene at the time, would have done the same thing as this young woman, or would they have held back in order to complete a risk assessment etc.
