I see Harriet Harperson has admitted driving without due care and attention while on her mobile phone, and has managed to get off rather lightly.
Oh hang on a minute, didn't she publicly deny this offence a wee while ago?
It seems that she decided to tell her version of the "truth" to the real court, unlike her statement to her preferred "court of public opinion".
I guess, having "loyally" stood by Brown, she won't be admonished for this by him.

Just goes to show, one rule for a few, another rule for the plebs....Still, not long to go now....Less than six months and we'll be able to kick the likes of this petty, vindictive woman and the rest of the Champagne socialists out of power.

I wonder if she would still run around aimlessly if we cut her head off?

ReplyDeletetoo right they are, Ken! And I understand that the rules governing their expenses are being diluted (in their favour).

But I fear the conservatives won't be much better. And it won't solve the problem that far too many of our rights of self-government have been handed on a plate to the EU, without consulting the British people!
I don't think it will make much difference who gets in, on which basis it would be interesting to see how Brown and his denizens would cope if re-elected. He is probably hoping that won't happen.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile .... can we stop this ridiculous 'Harperson' naming please. It's soooo last decade. She has come out of the parking space and is clearly in favour of women and not men so she is not a 'person' she's a 'woman'. So, Harriet Harwoman is the name please, from here forward.
Thank you.
She prefers herstory to history.
ReplyDeleteMay I invade your blog to let you know that we know this lovely lady as Harridan Harman, the guiltless wonder.
ReplyDeleteMost notable in the media is the lack of anyone making the point that she's been found guilty of an offence that she pleaded not guilty to.
ReplyDeleteSurely that makes her position within the government untenable?
Why is the media so gutless in this country?
Could it be that those controlling the media won't allow their underlings to 'rock the boat' in case it affects their future knighthoodds
