Bullying Bastards

The tragic report in The Times about the suicide of Brian Gilfillan (an NHS records officer from Kirkcaldy) who was hounded to his death by sadistic bullies within the Fife NHS management "team", highlights why conscientious people who show initiative and think outside the box should never work for the state.

Nanny hates initiative and "out of the box thinking", she will do all that she can to stop it; even if it means hounding people to their deaths.

Read the report into this disgrace in The Times.

What a bunch of useless jobsworth drones.
The reason they hate people who think for themselves is that they expose the other fuckwits for the thick as pigshit muppets they really are.

On a lighter note, travelling to work this morning, I heard on the radio, an advert telling me not to let alcohol ruin valentines day.
    I mean What The Fuck!!

"He added: “It is clear that training is required in the proper interpretation of the more serious categories of misconduct. Three employees all misdirected themselves with regard to fraud. It is quite clear that there was no fraud on the part of Mr Gilfillan."

Training! training! What the f*** is he talking about! All it needed was some f***ing common sense. What is wrong with these, moronic f****wits who live off our taxes.

If anything thy should be charged with gross misconduct and sacked, but I suspect they will just get promotion for being such wonderful supporters of Nanny.

Geez, sorry about that, but I feel a little bit better for it. My deepest sympathies to Mr Gilfillan's family.

  3. Am I being totally misogynist to remark that all three 'managers' were women?

  4. As an ex NHS worker, I can confirm that bullying management is nothing new.....The problem, as I see it, is that some people are promoted far beyond their abilities in order to tick boxes on quotas....How often have we seen NHS Trust chief executives that have seriously failed, having to make apologies for their failings and how often have these been women?....The same applies to social services failings.....I have often thought that a public service(sic) manager, needs no real qualifications so long as they're a one legged, single parent, black, muslim, lesbien, pensioner from up t'north!!!!

Sadly, this government has form for hounding people to death.....

BTW, I have noticed on Gold and LBC radio that evry ad break no longer has a message from Nanny.....They now have two!!
This morning, I received from "HM Government" a pamphlet entitled "Tackling anti social behaviour" it tells me nothing, still, at least I won't have to buy any more Andrex for another day or two;-)

I cannot understand why Nanny targets Tonk and ignores me.

Other than the usual local council annual BS report and a few quarterly "here's what we are dis-organising locally" brochures I seem to get nothing. I pay for it, why don't I get it?

Likewise the TV and radio advertising passes me by as I don;t watch TV and don't listen to the radio - at least not more than odd minutes at a time and usually then not by personal choice.

Again, I have paid to be inundated with Nanny's BS and she fails to fulfil her part of the contract.

Frankly I think it is fraudulent behaviour, run from the top.

Now with an election approaching Gordoon has shown that he is a sensitive soul. Is there any chance that, being sensitive and after my accusation of fraud, he might find a suitable way to absent himself from current and future public office?

My sympathies to Mr. Gilfillan's family. Clearly his managers should have been looking in an entirely different direction if they wished to be critical of anyone about the necessity for such a minor bureaucratic intervention.

Both me and SWMBO have both found that female managers are most often the worst. Our theory is that they try to out-do the males to prove that they're "up to it", so put in longer hours, treat staff more unreasonably (especially women beneath them) and generally do their best to be seen as an uberbitch so nobody would dare brand them as emotional, fragile womenfolk.

We, as men, partly have ourselves to blame for creating a male dominated world where women feel they have to compete this way to get ahead.

Dont worry. I'm sure that as technology improves, nanny will find a way to beam utter crap directly into your brain.

If you truly believe that "The state has become the enemy of the people" then I recommend that everyone read that new book just out about a small town in America that stands up to federal tyranny & ends up starting the 2nd American Revolution.

Great read if u want to seen what's coming in 2010 & maybe history is now calling on us to make our destiny.

It's still, We the People & not you the government (bureaucrats).
